Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced in handling and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building to join our dynamic Property Management team to ensure the overall management service provided to the co-owners and tenants is comprehensive, consistent and at all times professional. Especially, maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents. This role will focus on:

  • Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear
  • Ensure the building management team attends to all resident complaints and requirements which are to be noted
  • Monitors performance of all service subcontractors, and ensures that maintenance and services are in accordance with maintenance agreements

Position Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Condo management, hotel operation or property management
  • Very good at English communication, customer service, problem solving and leadership skill
  • Be able to work flexible hours and ability to work well under pressure
