Position Summary:

We are looking for a young dynamic candidate to join our Property Management team to act as Customer Service Executive. This role will focus on:

  • Welcome residents and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries, monitoring the logbook and handle complaints from residents and liaise with the relevant people to handle these issues
  • Control access to the building and monitor activities of visitors
  • Prepare letters, notices and documents

Position Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience in building operation or property management and holding bachelor’s degree in related fields. The role requires a very good at communication and customer service, very patient and flexible especially strong problem solving.
