Job Objectives
- Create social media plan and content that involve storytelling, narration, brief on visualization and execute on applicable platforms for residential projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor social media platforms from content development to posting and manage media buying plans of the residential projects
- Work with the Supervisor and the whole team to create compelling content marketing and storytelling that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information to generate results and drive leads
- Create, edit and publish long-form and short-form written content (e.g. product copy, blogs, social media posts, websites, event descriptions, invitations, email newsletters, agents’ platforms, , etc.), while adhering to style guide, tone of voice.
- Develop trending content (reels, short video, real time videos) throughout channels from Facebook to Tik Tok and able execute timely.
- Create social media plan based on briefed strategy and execute, including briefing copies and visual recommendation to the creative team, review the creatives, and feedback and get approval before releasing to the externals
- Work with “Third Parties” including media publishers, digital influencers, digital pages on digital collaborations and create content on their platform to endorse all Urbanland’s brands
- Commission and manage end-to-end content production, including (and not limited to) briefing, scripting, engaging photography, videography, or design services, ensuring high quality of outputs
- Generate more traffic to our social media channels and website by creating content which attracts viewers to explore our products, showcases Urbanland and our brands as a thought-leader within the industry, and using SEO, keyword research, and tagging techniques to increase our findability.
- Execute, monitor and optimize the paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other channels, for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Produce monthly reports and monitor digital engagement, insight performance, implementing and tracking analytics to the Company and Department yearly goals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in English, media management, journalism, or related field
- 1+ year experience in writing content in English and Khmer within a Marketing or Business function for B2C and/or B2B audience
- Experience of running and publishing content on web and social media channels
- Experience of applying and executing digital marketing tactics and best practice, including SEO, video, email marketing and analytics
- Experience of managing multiple tasks and projects as part of marketing campaigns
- Portfolio of previous content writing work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
- Exceptional attention to detail when editing and proofreading in Khmer and English to ensure accuracy
- Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about their work, enjoy learning new things, and creating positive change
- Able to understand and absorb Urbanland’s editorial style, brand story and write in consistent tone of voice while adapting to different writing styles for different platforms
- Good understanding of customer divisions and the marketing mix
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products, e.g.: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to manage different tasks, campaigns, and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good instinct about content topics and writing style that would appeal to audiences
- Good presentation skills, strong and confident communicator
- Good analytical and listening skills, able to respond to feedback and customer research
- Team player, able to collaborate with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
- Good eye for appropriate formatting and understanding of design principles
