Job Objective:
Work closely with Line Manager to support and execute K Mall marketing strategies in order to maximize footfalls, marketing revenue, mall revenue through tenant revenue shared, tenant satisfaction and build brand awareness.
Job Responsibility:
- Liase and build rapport with tenants by keeping up to date with each tenant sales and promotional activities
- Address all tenant enquiries. Escalate complex requests as needed
- Prepare monthly Mall sales and marketing activities to update to tenants
- Communicate to Tenant on Mall Sales and marketing activities by setting monthly meetings with Store Managers.
- Track the weekly sales of each revenue share tenant to identify their sales trend and report to the supervisor on suggestions to store manager
- Co-ordinate with Store Manager to ensure promotions/campaigns to boost sales are executed
- Coordinate with tenants and HQ marketing team to ensure that all tenant promotions and campaigns are promoted across K Mall sites and channels
- Liase with tenants to consolidate data on the success of tenant activation/engagement in order to prepare post event report
- Liase with HQ to consolidate data on digital marketing to prepare post event report
- Prepare post event report as per template to provide information on the success of each event and note learning points.
- Deliver Mall orientation on marketing for new tenants
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and retail marketing
