Executive - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Job Objective

The objective of this role is to play a critical role in talent acquisition for sourcing right candidates to support the business. Priorities include collaboration with the line manager to implement and develop an Employer Branding strategy that could attract potential candidates to the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and build networks to expand candidate pool e.g. universities, technical schools.
  • Work with hiring managers to create suitable job description.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
  • Enforce and coordinate recruitment policy from sourcing, shortlist, Interview, offering and Final stage process.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates after liaison with interviewees.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new starters with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Update talent acquisition data and insights for a weekly, monthly report.
  • Assist to organize events i.e. recruitment events.
  • Work with the team to discuss ideas on how to improve employer branding on social media.
  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews & handover process.
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and tasks, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. Core skill is Talent Development and Employer Branding stands an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Experience with digital collaborative tools for better employer branding experience.
  • Comfortable with data analytics and good experience with Excel or PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications and e-mail.
  • Good knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law.
