Job Objectives:
The objective of this role is responsible to establish strategic direction on marketing and communication plan in order to grow branding awareness and branding image toward real estate industry. She/he is also responsible to lead and manage annual marketing plan and operations, set marketing budget and analyze the market trend and competitor to ensure the effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes marketing and communication strategy for the company branding and image, and for new and existing projects;
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations;
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs both digital and non-digital to drive the interest of each project and increase sale volume;
- Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis;
- Works closely and corporately with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share with balancing high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
- Conduct regular meetings with manager - marketing to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard
Job Responsibilities:
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or administration or other relevant fields;
- Minimum 08 year of working experience in sales or marketing from real estate, construction industry or related industry;
- Possessing a deep and thorough understanding of the real estate and construction industry and its market updates;
- Capability to manage various projects and tight to deadline;
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
- Proven ability to plan and manage budget effectively and efficiently;
- Proven good verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing and communication, and establish portfolio of media and PR contact;
- Strong Leadership and business management skills
- Good mathematical skills, and can make accurate calculations quickly and easily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to use a high degree of initiative
- Being thorough and pay attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
