Position Summary:

We are looking for people who is experience and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems & functional systems to join our HR & Admin Team to act as IT Assistant Manager/ IT Manager. This role will focus on:

  • Investigate end user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions, document for future reference
  • Monitor performance of IT systems, determine cost, productivity levels and recommend in improving IT infrastructure
  • Effectively troubleshoot networks, system and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
  • Plan and advise on effective IT infrastructure and systems based on project needs

Position Requirements

We are looking for someone who has 4+ year of experience in IT infrastructure and management in a similar role and 2 years’ experience as Human Resources generalist or in financial planning. The role requires a very proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Good working knowledge of data protection methods and security and very good at problem solving skills especially strongly manage highly confidential data.
