Job Objectives:
We are looking for a strategic and business-driven HRBP Manager to partner with key business units in real estate, retail, and property management. This role requires an agile HR leader who can balance strategy and execution—driving performance, talent growth, and change management in a fast-paced, local yet structured organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Performance, Talent & Workforce Planning
- Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle: KPI setting, mid-year/year-end reviews, talent reviews, and calibration.
- Collaborate with POD (People & Organizational Development) to implement HiPo (High Potential) and leadership programs.
- Collaborate with Head of Department on succession planning and workforce optimization to align with business growth.
- Recommend learning & development (L&D) initiatives based on People and business needs
HR Policies, Compliance & Employee Engagement
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are enforced across all business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor between HR and business units, providing insights and solutions for people-related challenges.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, including engagement surveys and cultural initiatives
- Promote a high-performance culture and drive internal communication efforts to strengthen company values.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Design and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring hiring timelines align with business needs.
- Strengthen Urbanland’s employer brand, making it an employer of choice in Cambodia’s competitive talent market.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure structured hiring and talent pipeline
4. Compensation, Rewards & Recognition
- Collaborate with Total Rewards to manage annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus programs.
- Drive and implement employee recognition programs assessing its value and effectiveness in building culture
- Liase with Rewards and provide insights on reward structures, benefits, and incentives to improve employee experience.
5. Business Strategy, Change Management & Headcount Planning
- Advise leadership teams on organizational change, restructuring, and HR transformation projects.
- Work with the Personnel Budgeting Manager on the budgeting, headcount planning, and workforce analytics to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and legally compliant practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field
- 3 to 5+ years of HRBP or HR leadership experience in real estate, retail or property management is preferred
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and align HR strategy with business goals.
- Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive people-centric solutions.
