Manager –Talent Acquisition & Culture

Job Objectives:

The objective of this role is to play a critical role in reinvigorating our talent acquisition strategy and drive alignment with tangible sourcing outcome throughout the business. To create, prioritize and promote tactics that support the implementation of the employee Engagement and well being Strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead manpower planning, reporting and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Supervise and development of the recruiting and culture team
  • Update current, design new recruiting procedures and inform managers about changes (e.g. job application, and onboarding processes)
  • Handles full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches beginning with a kick-off meeting with the hiring manager to discuss process and strategic approach
  • Coordinates receiving and evaluating of interview feedback and advises hiring manager in the final selection process
  • Build effective sourcing and assessment talent acquisition project plans, in alignment with department staffing needs
  • Leverage talent acquisition data and insights to build effective relationships across the organization and align to business need
  • Build a talent pipeline for technical opportunities by establishing partnerships with vocational, technical & trade schools, high schools & apprenticeship programs
  • Manages the pre-onboarding and on-boarding process of each new hire recruited and coordinates onboarding, monitor their functional development, assesses needs and results, develop new programs, and modifies existing programs.
  • Conducts exit interviews and reporting
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Identify and interprets internal or external business gaps to develop engagement opportunities. Introduces team building programs, collaborative behavior, and buddy and other similar programs
  • Establishing the organization’s culture and vision through employee engagement efforts such as surveys, focus groups, and workshops
  • Assessing company culture, identifying problems in areas such as leadership, teamwork, communication, recognition, and developing strategies to address the issues
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and Organisation Development tasks, as required.
  • Any other tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. Core skill is Talent Development and Employee Engagements stands an advantage. Sound customer service skills
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Experience with digital collaborative tools for better employee engagement experience
  • Comfortable with data analytics and good experience with data manipulation using Excel
  • Good knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications and e-mail
  • Knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law
  • Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and presentations
  • Time management and ability to prioritize
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and detailed oriented, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to address new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of calm, urgency, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Positive and pro-active with minimal supervision
  • Very good in English
