Job Objective:
Manage mall facility to ensure smooth day-to-day operation, safety, compliance and tenant &
customer satisfaction contributing to operational effectiveness and efficiency and uphold
business continuity of K Mall 2.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operations
- Conduct daily inspections with checklist of outsourced suppliers to ensure scope of
work is delivered as per agreed standards and escalate issues where needed.
- Conduct daily inspections and report to maintenance team to fix any non-functioning
systems.
- Report on suspicious activities on health, safety and security to line manager
- Prepare and set up facilities (cleaning or parking) or decorations for events as
requested.
- Manage and complete weekly/monthly stock report for cleaning and facilities tools
and submit report to line manager
- Complete daily parking report and record monthly utilities consumption of tenants.
• Tenant Relations
- Person in charge of resolving and coordinating tenants’ issues on a day-to-day basis
- Manage and process billings for tenants and non-tenants, including utilities, parking,
overtime charges, and penalties.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance while maintaining compliance with
company financial policies.
• Marketing Support
- Coordinate on ground in setting up and dismantling of marketing activities,
advertising and events happening inside and around mall premises
- Ensure facility, equipment, and security of the activities, advertisements, and events
• Facilities Management Oversight
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of third-party service providers in the
following areas:
- Pest Control: Ensure regular treatments and follow-ups are conducted as
scheduled.
- Cleaning: Monitor cleanliness standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Gardening & Landscaping: Ensure greenery is well-maintained and
visually appealing.
- Security &Safety: Collaborate with security teams to maintain a safe

shopping environment.
- Parking Management: Supervise orderly operation of parking facilities and
resolve customer/tenant concerns.
- Report any deficiencies or incidents to the appropriate department for quick
resolution.
- Conduct periodic inspections and ensure vendors meet service level
agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a
related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mall operations, facility management,
• Experience in handling building/mall operations and event support is preferred.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and facility management.
• Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
administrative software.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with internal teams,
vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle operational coverage when needed.
• Familiarity with facility inspections is an advantage.
