Position Summary:

We are looking for accountable to manage the costs relating to building and engineering projects, they provide cost and material estimates, draw up projected budgets and help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget. This role will focus on:

• Familiarize the PM protocols and assist the full implementation and Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Reviewing construction plans with keeping track of materials and preparing quantity requirements with full understanding on construction specifications and contracts obligations.
• Full support on promoting and maintaining the harmonious working environment and traveling from the office to various sites as required within the department and other departments.

Position Requirements

We are looking for someone who has 3 years of experience in the field of Senior Quantity Surveying and similar this position in various developments. The role requires a very good at Good Ethics and Integrity, Strong Management Skill, Good Judgmental skill, especially have English proficiency.
