Job Objective:
Lead, plan, execute, and implement a comprehensive content strategy that enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences that align with marketing objectives, and drives measurable company growth.
Job Responsibility:
- Produce, lead and execute content with effective social media strategy that aligned with overall company’s goals, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok...etc
- Develop monthly content plans and for marketing campaigns
- Able to execute diverse content types for social media such as posts, commercial videos, reels, infographics, that resonate with the brand's voice and audience preferences
- Provide monthly performance analysis or social media report by using data to evaluate how well delivered content is performing and adjust for future improvement.
- Work collaboratively with diverse functions including internal and external stakeholders such as other BUs, sales, customers, social media influencers (KOLs), and agencies
- Work collaboratively within the marketing team to deliver expected outcomes, including the event activation team, creative team, and videography product team to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
- Write, edit, proofread, give creative direction, and publish short-form and long-form content in both Khmer and English (e.g. Tik Tok videos, Instagram reels, PR articles, advertising campaigns, etc.) while staying on top of trends and SEO best practices
- Regularly monitor social media channels and provide feedback and best recommendations for improvement
- Be the guardian of the brand editorial style guides (tone of voice), brand’s visual identity, and brand’s positioning, ensuring that all social media content represents the guidelines.
- Provide the compelling copywriting and information that is error-free and delivered in a timely manner
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in English, media management, journalism, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in writing content in English and Khmer within a Marketing or Business function for B2C and/or B2B audience
- Experience of producing content on websites and social media channels
- Experience of proposing and applying digital marketing strategy, including SEO, videos, email marketing and report analytics
- Experience of managing multiple projects as part of marketing campaigns
- Portfolio of previous content writing work, PR articles, social media posts, video projects, etc.
- Curious, creative, and able to deliver in a timely manner and towards tight deadlines
