Senior Executive - Event & Advertising Management

Job Objectives:

Work closely with Supervisor to execute K Mall marketing strategies in order to maximize footfalls, achieve targeted marketing revenue, maximize event & ads space occupancy, and build K Mall brand awareness through external events and ads space.

Job Responsibilities:

Event & Ads Management

  • Respond to all tenant enquiries in relation to mall event/advertising space
  • Lead the delivery of external events from set up to pack down.
  • Suggest ideas on utilization of event spaces & ads to maximize the occupancy rate and marketing revenues.
  • Coordinate with supervisor to close event/ad deals
  • Maintain strong relationships to deliver excellent customer service to retain existing customers and get new leads
  • Manage marketing collaterals including signatures and props to ensure they are usable, maintained if needed and kept in storage properly
  • Execute events timely base on monthly plans
  • Document and file all related event documents for record keeping
  • Liase with customers to host annual fairs at K Mall
  • Plan, execute, and source potential tenants/agency to conduct annual fairs based on mall strategic plans.

Event & Ads Administration and Activities

  • Coordinate between tenants and operations team for admin processing for event set up and pack down
  • Manage project budget to ensure expenses are within the approved budget
  • Process payment on BC to ensure vendors and suppliers are paid timely

Mall Branding Management

  • Coordinate with tenant on event advertising collaterals to give to marketing HQ to publish on K mall social media

Reports and Analysis

  • Produce monthly marketing report
  • Produce post-event evaluation report for anchor events (footfall,, engagement) risk analysis and impact

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and native in Khmer
  • Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation & sales skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Able to work well under pressure and work on flexible schedule including weekend and public holidays
  • Proactive and able to work well independently and collaborate as a team to tight deadlines
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Can demonstrate sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, customer-centeredness, and a consistent desire to learn and to adapt to an ever-evolving market
  • Good in Microsoft Office eg Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about work and creating positive change
  • Understanding of brands and the marketing mix
  • Good analytical skills, able to respond and adapt to market and tenant data
