Job Responsibilities
Advertising/Promotion, Social Media and Mall Decoration
- Work closely with supervisor to handle online and offline advertising sponsors/tenants to maximize ads spaces occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with Mall operations team, Marketing HQ and tenants to ensure communication material and information are up to date.
- Handle all aspects of printed and digital media working with the design team (Marketing HQ or external) including signage, brochures, event collateral, advertisements (print/digital), photography, videography etc.
- Work with social media team to ensure social media content planning and marketing communication agendas are delivered as per plan.
- Work with team to plan and deliver attractive Mall Seasonal Decorations.
Marketing Administration and Activities
- Oversee marketing logistics and production to support execution of marketing internal & external activities effectively.
- Oversee general administration of the marketing function - organise and administer contracts, budget and expense tracking, filing, invoicing, quotations, etc.
Event Space and Fairs Management (internal and external)
- Support supervisor to source ongoing event programs with both internal and external tenants to maximize event spaces occupancy, increase footfall as well as revenue.
- Support supervisor to document and coordinate event recaps meeting among relevant team.
Tenant Management
- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective communication and good relationship with tenants, including hosting monthly marketing, store manager meetings with tenants, communicating via weekly, monthly tenant sale reports.
- Assist in monitoring tenants weekly sale report, analyze tenant sales results and support tenants to increase their sales by coordinating promotional activities and promoting their offers across K Mall on-site and online channels.
- Assist in coordinating with retailers and co-sponsors for PR or marketing purposes, liaise on events/promotional/advertising plans to involve them with mall marketing activities.
- Assist with tenants for latest in-store promotions, new product features, store launches etc to be publicized on K Mall social channels.
Reporting
- Assist in produce marketing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report.
- Assist in tracking performance of K Mall-organized events and outreach.
- Assist in monitoring the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Coordinate to form report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and native in Khmer
- Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good teamwork and collaboration
- Able to work well under pressure and work on flexible schedule including weekend and public holidays
- Proactive and able to work well independently and collaborate as a team to tight deadlines
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Can demonstrate sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, customer-centeredness, and a consistent desire to learn and to adapt to an ever-evolving market
- Good in Microsoft Office eg Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about work and creating positive change
- Understanding of brands and the marketing mix
- Good analytical skills, able to respond and adapt to market and tenant data
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc)
