Senior Manager - Sales

Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible to develop and manage sales strategic plan and assess costs to generate sales volume. She/he is also responsible to manage sales operations/ performance to meet annual sales target and achieve profitability, building relationship and understand customer trends throughout the time.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage sales team and sales support team.
  • Be able to provide training and coaching to the team.
  • Set individual sales target/KPI for sales and sales support team.
  • Work on sales scripts with sales consultants.
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensure members of the sales and sales support teams have necessary resources to perform their jobs.
  • Plan sales and sales support teams training.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Help developing accurate target, including identifying customer segment, opportunities and establishing balanced long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
  • Establish long-term & trustful relationships with customers and other business partners.
  • Be proactive to deal with complex situations and to achieve sales targets.
  • Be service and customer oriented.
  • Understand business to ensure its financial health striking the balance between sales, operating expenses, and profits.
  • Support marketing plans to grow Chankiri brand influence.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends.
  • Control sales expenses and monitor sales budgets.

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or administration or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of working experience in sales or marketing from real estate, construction industry or related industry.
  • Possessing a deep and thorough understanding of the real estate and construction industry and its market updates.
  • Capability to manage various projects and tight to deadline.
  • The ability to foster a sense of team spirit, and foster good, cohesive, and collaborative working relationships with other departments within the organization.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proven good verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer.
