Site Supervisor - Finishing

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to apply technical skills of Finishing work, review drawing, work and material planning, practice, control sub-con and direct labor ,and work with safety.
  • Understand Finishing process to gives the highest level attention, monitoring the safety regulations and make sure it is clean environment.
  • Planning crew activities in the short and long turn, resolving finishing work construction issues and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Manage or supervisor sub-contractors and labors to meet an established plan.
  • Solve all routine Finishing work problems on-site
  • Execute technical instructions from design and schedule from planning
  • Guide and provide technical instruction and explain to lead partner done the requirement results.
  • Inspect and evaluate working product from sub-contractors and vendors
  • Initiate policy, guideline and safety rule for internal use Finishing work
  • Quality Check Guide and initiate company standard Finishing work which applicable for sub-contractors and vendors
  • Provide concept of installation and Finishing work base on actual execution at construction site Inform and discuss about method of installation and working with subcontractor/vendors
  • Provide guidance and solve problem which could happen during operation
  • Create more strategies and provide solution for align the plan
  • Assign any advanced level member to handle equipment rotation plan and ensure them to be productively used
  • Control all actual and planned data in hand
  • Understand Skim or scan though quickly the construction progress between progress plan and actual by observing/reporting and gathering actual progress on site and economical/marketing trends

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
  • In-depth understanding of construction
  • Proficient in computer skills including Auto CAD, Microsoft Project
  • Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good command in written English
