Supervisor - Digital Marketing

Job Objective:

The incumbent is responsible to work with marketing managers to develop and execute integrated brand, marketing and communications campaigns for internal and external audiences to maximise awareness, sales, engagement and loyalty. She/he needs to create and manage digital marketing content and advertising the targeted audiences and aligned with Urbanland’s brand identity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works with marketing managers to grow our audience and develop digital marketing plans (paid, owned, earned) for brand, marketing and communications campaigns for Urbanland and its projects;
  • Sets up, manages and maintains digital platforms (eg websites, social media profiles, search engines, online travel agents, review sites, chatbots) across all projects, managing technical fixes to ensure functionality is running smoothly, content is on-brand, correct and up to date, etc;
  • Implements online lead-generation and advertising activity to contribute towards achieving sales and leasing targets, including optimising return on advertising and marketing spend;
  • Tracks analytics across all digital channels – create annual digital marketing audits; and analyse content, web and social media data weekly/monthly to report on progress and propose improvements;
  • Designs digital marketing collateral (social media posts, videography, photography), works independently, with in-house designer or agency;
  • Researches competitors and monitors their activity, analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Develops and cultivates relationships with KOLs and relevant influencers
  • Assists to track overall advertising and project marketing budgets
  • Keeps up to date with digital trends and developments to ensure Urbanland are at the forefront of innovation;
  • Creates email marketing, SEO and SEM campaigns.

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in business management; marketing management and other related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing and/or communications-related roles;
  • Proven good Experience with digital marketing planning and execution eg working on social media, content marketing, website development, creative production projects;
  • Supported execution of a corporate marketing strategy and/or marketing campaign
  • Good in verbal and written communication both English and Khmer;
  • Computer literacy.
