Job Objectives
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaign Marketing Executive will be the central driver of all marketing initiatives for the Urbanland brand and its latest project. This role will spearhead the end-to-end planning, curation, and execution of integrated GTM campaigns aimed at building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving business goals. The executive will be a key facilitator, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing Research, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless alignment and successful project launches."
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for the Urbanland brand and its projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, define key personas, and determine the most effective channels and messaging for campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Research teams to establish campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target metrics for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Develop and manage GTM campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a multi-channel mix, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing: Paid advertising (PPC, social media ads), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Content Marketing: Planning and producing high-value content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars.
- Email Marketing: Developing and managing lead nurturing sequences and targeted email campaigns.
- Offline Marketing: Coordinating and executing marketing activities for events, trade shows, and other on-ground activations.
- Monitor and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and channel refinement.
- Manage and optimize the campaign workflow, ensuring all assets (e.g., landing pages, ad creatives, email copy) are created, reviewed, and deployed on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors or agencies.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Marketing team and other departments, including Sales, Product, Marketing Research, Finance, and Legal.
- Facilitate regular GTM meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed, aligned, and contributing to campaign success.
- Gather insights and feedback from the Sales team to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support their sales efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all GTM campaigns results, key learnings, and actionable insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve the effectiveness of future marketing initiatives and strategies.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years professional experience in a marketing role, with at least specifically focused on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, product launches, or integrated marketing campaigns. Especially a proven track record of successfully marketing to and engaging the Gen Z demographic.
- A strong understanding of and proven experience with key Gen Z platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat, including paid advertising and organic content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- A deep understanding of Gen Z culture, values, and digital behavior.
- A blend of creative thinking and strong attention to detail, with a natural feel for creating visually compelling and on-trend content.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
