Supervisor, People & Organisation Development (POD) Specialising in Organisation Engagement

Job Objective:

Execute POD initiatives and operation activities under Employee Engagement area to foster positive employee engagement and well-being and to promote organisation culture. This role also gets involved in initiatives in Learning & Development (L&D) and partly Organization Development (OD) to ensure the successful implementation of POD work.

Job Responsibility:

• Design, plan and execute engagement programs to ensure the alignment with core value, employee engagement survey results, and organisation culture, and to promote the culture, employee well-being and connection.

• Execute and monitor first day orientation and new employee orientation program as part of the onboarding process to ensure successful execution and standard process for all new employees.

• Prepare communication materials for internal campaigns to offer creative and clear information for all employees.

• Implement an employee engagement survey to ensure employee feedback is well collected and action plans are developed.

• Analyse employee engagement data to ensure action plans can be translated and responded to the needs of the organisation.

• Utilize technologies and implement platforms to facilitate engagement initiatives and interacting with employees to strengthen transparency, relationship building, and employee involvement.

• Create and design employee engagement policy and related policy under POD to ensure standard practice in the organisation.

• Collaborate and liaise with other departments such as Group Communication, Marketing, and HRBP in implementing activities or projects related to employee engagement.

Learning & Development

• Manage and monitor L&D programs to ensure effective implementation.

• Collaborate with other POD members to facilitate leadership programs to ensure the successful implementation of leadership development programs across the group.

• Communicate and liaise with employees concerning their learning needs and request to ensure employees get the right support from POD.

• Collaborate with other POD members to conduct learning needs assessments, evaluation, and translate insights into structured L&D plans to ensure the needs and the organization alignment.

• Track learning data such as attendance, completion rates, and survey results to monitor and ensure continuous improvement.

Organisation Development

• Provide up-to-date L&D data for POD database and report so that accurate insight can be generated.

• Collaborate on certain projects related to performance management and HiPo development to ensure the talent management cycle is done smoothly and effectively.

• Provide training related to performance management and talent management to employees when needed to ensure understanding and application.



Position Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, Organizational Development, Adult Learning & Leadership, or a
related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Experience in leading and implementing engagement projects such as town hall,
employee well-being
• Experience in employee engagement survey
• Experience in implementing or managing core value projects or activities
• Ability to deal with change and flexibility

Learning & Development Experience and Skills

• Experience in L&D, coordinating and/or facilitate workshop
• Experience in developing and implementing competency (either leadership or functional)
• Knowledge in adult learning principles, experiential learning, and other leadership theory
• Knowledge of instructional design (optional)

Organisation Development Experience and Skills

• Knowledge in change management, organizational development, or related roles,
preferably within a transformational project environment
• Knowledge in change management frameworks and methodologies, and organizational
behaviour theories and models (optional)
• Organisation design and analysis certification (optional)
