Supervisor - Sales Operations and Support

Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible to drive the tools and processes as needed for front line, reporting, and control management. He/she is also responsible to keep an eye on sales metric to make sure the sales team is running efficiently and work with the senior sales manager to improve sales operation where is necessary.

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervises sales operations and support team;
  • Reviews SPA contracts and other administrative documents;
  • Checks and monitors selling price, payment schedule and contracts are up-to-date and consistent;
  • Reviews and presents daily, weekly, monthly sales productivity dashboards to Sales Consultants and top management;
  • Supports Sales Consultants with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives;
  • Supports the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas;
  • Assists the Sales and Marketing department to define lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign of performance with reporting and dashboards;
  • Creates monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting;
  • Track sand analyzes key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment;
  • Coordinates the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; assists and delivers techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management;
  • Support in sales event management;
  • Implement new technologies/digital as needed to support sales team;
  • Any other tasks as required.

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, sales and Marketing, or other related fields;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in Sales Operations and Support is preferable;
  • Proven the ability to foster a sense of team spirit within the sales department, and foster good, cohesive and collaborative working relationships with other departments within the organisation;
  • Highly developed skills with Microsoft Office including Excel;
  • Be creative to keep both Park and the accommodations a better place to work and live;
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication both English and Khmer.
