Technician (MEP) is responsible to inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required for the buildings and facilities. Specially to deliver outstanding maintenance service to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairing machines, equipment, finishing or structures as necessary
Observe buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Liaising and coordinating with fit out subcontractors.
Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to fit-out guidelines and plans.
Performs other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
At least has graduated technical high diploma of electrical, mechanical, or relevant fields.
At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work rotate, overtime including weekends, public holidays, evenings and support to other projects.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Good in written report and verbal communication skills.
