Urbanland’s New Partnership with Sathapana Bank Offers Up to 85% Home Purchase Loans Over a 25-year period for Chankiri Homebuyers
Urbanland, an award-winning real estate development company, celebrated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sathapana Bank, one of the leading commercial banks in Cambodia. The MoU aims to offer a better and more seamless home loan option for Borey Chankiri homebuyers.
Under this partnership, all customers of Borey Chankiri will receive a 6.99% interest rate for the first two years and up to 85% home purchase loans over a 25-year period. With a shared vision and great care for customer satisfaction, Urbanland and Sathapana Bank focus on providing better home purchase options, consultations, and convenient services for all Chankiri customers.
Sathapana Bank has joined the list of Borey Chankiri's trusted bank partners, which includes CIMB Bank, Bank of China, BRED Bank, and J Trust Royal Bank, in offering swift home loan processing and approval to Borey Chankiri homebuyers. Moreover, there are special payment schemes available with an interest rate as low as 4.69% and a loan size up to 100% over a 25-year period.
