Swiftly assuming the role of Managing Director, he recognized the potential for development in ISI’s offerings and founded ISI GROUP. Under Leng’s guidance, ISI GROUP has flourished into a diverse portfolio, including Urbanland. His passion for organizational success aligns with sustainable economic growth, people’s well-being, and positive societal and environmental impact.
Hok Kang
Co-Founder and CEO
Hok Kang, an experienced architect, embarked on a transformative journey in real estate development. With an educational background from Washington University and Tokyo’s Kengo Kuma and Sou Fujimoto, he returned to Phnom Penh, establishing HKA & Partners. By 2013, Hok’s passion led to Urbanland—a Cambodian real estate developer committed to crafting inspirational spaces. His laser focus, dedication to teams, and belief in human-centered design drive Urbanland’s vision. Under his leadership, Urbanland progressively transforms how people live and work, and one place, one community at a time.
Lida Diep
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Lida, with a Commerce background from the University of New South Wales, Australia, has been an integral part of Urbanland’s accounting and finance team since the day one. As the first lady of Urbanland, she combines care and foresight, nurturing talent development within the company. Lida fosters a culture of innovation, resilience, and growth, empowering staff members to reach their full potential. Her vision for Urbanland revolves around creating an environment where individuals find fulfillment in their work while contributing to the company’s success.
