Urbanland hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the K Mall Prek Thnoat on 25 April 2024, officially marking the start of construction for a unique community mall adjacent to the entrance to Borey Chankiri along National Road 2. K Mall Prek Thnoat is poised to rejuvenate the surrounding area with the first phase of the mall, which will be open to the public in mid-2025.

Located next to Borey Chankiri just minutes away from Samdech Hun Sen Boulevard, K Mall Prek Thnoat promises to revitalize the surrounding area with its community-oriented design. This mall serves as a hub for community interaction, boasting a creative architectural design adorned with eye-catching features, vibrant colors, and abundant greenery. Spanning over an 8,000 square meter plot of land, K Mall Prek Thnoat offers convenient access for commuters along National Road 2.

Following the success of Urbanland’s first mall development – K Mall Veng Sreng, currently serving around 6,300 visitors daily with the local and international 38 retail stores, food, and beverages, Urbanland is very optimistic to expand the retail experience to the Sothern part of Phnom Penh. Additionally, K Mall Prek Thnoat caters to the thriving community of Borey Chankiri, offering residents a quality living experience complemented by the mall's amenities.
