Senior Manager - Sales

Job Objectives:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, manage and develop a high-performance sales team culture

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all potential clients, VVIP, real estate agents and other business partners
  • Deliver a professional yet personalized sales experience when resolving any client queries
  • Drive sales effort, including lead generation, nurturing relationship and closing sales
  • Attend social events, network with potential customers and existing customers to continually build rapport

Sales Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer need to continuously adapt sales strategy to retain existing customers and attract new ones
  • Identify market opportunities and provide data on customer needs to product development team to create a product that anticipate market needs in order to capture first mover advantage

Team Leadership & management

  • Lead, manage and mentor a high performing sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and performance expectations
  • Foster a collaborative and results driven yet exceptional customer service sales culture
  • Develop and implement clear sales SOPS and processes to ensure consistency and alignment across the teams
  • Continuously update sales collateral to promote unique selling points and ensure team are very knowledgeable on the products we offer
  • Ensure the use of CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, pipeline status, and close rates.
  • Create and oversee sales forecasts, plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, provide regular reports on sales performance, and other strategic insights to management

Collaborate with marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Evaluate campaign successes and co-create new strategies as needed
  • Coordinate with development teams to understand property features, updates, and upcoming projects.
  • Liase with marketing to develop property presentations, sales collateral, and virtual tours.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 year of working experience in sales or marketing from real estate, construction industry or related industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Possessing a deep and thorough understanding of the real estate and construction industry and its market updates
  • Understand complete sales cycle
  • Excellent sales, presentation & customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good mathematical skills and can make accurate calculations quickly and easily
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
