Urbanland’s policy is to only collect personal information which is reasonably necessary for its dealings with the relevant individual. Urbanland only uses personal information for the purpose specified or which is reasonably apparent at the time the information was collected.

Enter an Urbanland managed building or site (for example when maintaining visitor registrations for an Urbanland managed building, capturing video or images through surveillance systems in an Urbanland managed car park, facilities floor);
Register or subscribe to join Urbanland programs, newsletters or competitions;
Use Urbanland’s corporate or project websites, social media and other online services;
Use mobile applications developed by Urbanland or log on to wireless facilities provided in an Urbanland managed building or sales gallery:
May otherwise come into contact with Urbanland; or
Are provided loans or other financial accommodation by Urbanland.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website, sales gallery and managed buildings?

When registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience;
Date of birth, photographic or video images;
Information about the individual’s financial position and credit-worthiness;
Is required by or authorised by law;
The individual’s tax file number;
The individual’s opinion about Urbanland’s products, services or staff.

If Urbanland wishes to use or disclose the personal information in other circumstances, it needs to obtain the individual’s consent to do so.

Assessing the suitability of prospective tenants;
Helping Urbanland manage and enhance its products and services, including analyzing customer feedback and future customer needs;

Managing security and safety requirements in Urbanland managed buildings and sites;
Complying with regulatory and legal obligations;

2. Marketing

Urbanland may send marketing materials to its customers or potential customers where Urbanland has collected the personal information from the individual. The individual’s prior consent will be obtained before personal information is used for marketing purposes. If the customer no longer wishes Urbanland to use his or her personal information in order for Urbanland to provide marketing materials, the customer is to advise Urbanland via the relevant method provided for in the electronic marketing message sent to the customer or to write to Urbanland. Urbanland will act and amend its records promptly.

Do we use ‘cookies’ on our website?

Urbanland along with third-party vendors such as Google use cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and / or other third-party identifiers to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

4. Applying for employment with Urbanland

Urbanland collect personal information from individuals who submit applications or register interest for employment with Urbanland. If the application is unsuccessful, Urbanland may retain the information in case a more appropriate opportunity becomes available.
