Job Objectives:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and profitably. This role involves managing staff, coordinating projects, and liaising with clients to deliver high-quality architectural services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development
- Identify opportunities for business growth and profitability
- Develop strategies that promote HKA branding and services via social media
- Be a brand ambassador to network and foster relationships with potential, new and existing clients
- Deal with project enquiries and meet with potential clients to understand their needs
- Liaise with accounting to develop and manage the studio’s budget
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and culture
- organize social events including employee engagement
- Partner with stakeholders and organize PR events to promote HKA services
- Propose and implement studio improvement projects
- Manage all HR aspects for the studio including recruitment, performance and training by working with the HKA management team and HR
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience managing an office, experience in architectural firm preferred
- Good knowledge of computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- High integrity and ownership
- Good understanding of business
- Positive can-do attitude
